
JUSTICE & ADVOCACY SUPPORT
The Salvation Army Justice & Advocacy Support (JAS) is for young people aged up to 25 years who require assistance in navigating the Court system.
JAS offers:

Short-term case management and advocacy during court appearances

An outreach service where you are supported to achieve your goals and work towards securing a better outcome at sentencing

We liaise with your legal team and ensure you are fully informed of the court process

We can advocate for you with the police, your legal team and magistrates
JAS Youth Workers support and advocate for you by referring to external agencies and program partners, to ensure you receive the assistance you require and can support you through any Restorative Justice conferencing.
