The Forest Lake Youth Support Program provides support for young people aged 12 – 25 who are at risk of disconnecting from their family, community/support networks, disengaging from school, training and/or employment, experiencing homelessness or at risk of harm.

We work alongside young people to;

  1. experience positive relationships with their family and community

  2. are engaged in education, training and/or employment

  3. lead healthy and violence free lives

  4. have safe and stable places to live
