The purpose of our Long Term Accommodation service is to provide a safe and secure environment for young people to transition into independent living in the community and a sustainable future.

The property accommodates six young people in fully-furnished one bedroom apartments for up to 12 months in a centrally-located area.

Residents build upon their rental tenancy history through affordable rental payments and adherence to the rules and obligations of the service. As part of this agreement, residents participate in a day-time activity of choice in education, training or employment.

YOS Youth Workers assist the young people in working towards their goals, maintaining their education and or employment, life skills development, linking in with the community, as well as navigating the rental system and the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.

For more information, please contact our office on phone 07 3854 1245 or send us an email.
